convenient location near tram
spacious room comfortable bed wide variety
the room was spacious i had a good rest on the comfortable bed the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. the hotel is close to the tram station that was very useful for getting around.

nice staff clean room plenty breakfast clean facilities
the staff were nice. the room was clean and had everything i needed. breakfast had plenty of options and was easy to get to. all the hotel facilities seemed very clean. it was good that the tram station was close by.
the shower towels had some hairs on them which i didn't like

The staff were kind and helpful, always willing to assist with directions. flexibility with the check-out time was convenient and appreciated. This allowed for a more relaxed departure. staff efficiently managed the return of lost hotel.

the location was good, with a short walk to the tram station. the tram made the city center reachable in about 40-45 minutes. being close to the street car station made getting around easy.

public transport pool space excellent breakfast
the location offered superb public transport connections. bus and tram stops are directly in front of the hotel. the pool provided a perfect space for relaxation. the breakfast had excellent options.
the rooms felt somewhat old and had a slightly dusty atmosphere.

The staff was quite good and delivered the service I expected.

quiet area car park nice staff late transportation dusty air hairs on towels
the staff was very nice and respectful. a car park is available. the area was very quiet, so nice.
the transportation becomes close to impossible at late-night hours. rooms and hallways were old and had a dusty air. the shower towels had hair on them.
